Massage was fantastic..oils, lotions, hit towels, hot stones etc....cant wait to try the rest.
Could not communicate with massage "therapist". This made it an unproductive massage for me. The receptionist did speak English and should communicate among costumers and staff.
If I could I would give the place a 0 star. I called to speak with someone about changing an appointment and no one spoke English. I asked to change and appointment Annie who I guess is the owner or something was "busy" and no one knew what to do. I am foreign myself but I truly believe that if someone is answering a phone they should know how to give a response not talk without listening, or canceling things no one asked to cancel, or reading off there appointment list and asking which one I am. It is VERY frustrating. Then he had the nerve to laugh because I said I wanted to speak with someone who spoke English. Very Rude & Poor Customer Service.
The paper towel used to cover the face cradle was uncomfortable and itchy on my face.
1st time there & used a Groupon for the 1 hour foot massage. Amazing! Very friendly & attentive staff, clean facility with great features. Atmosphere was very relaxing.
This is our first visit here it was excellent.. Friendly staff very welcoming the massage was one of the best we have experienced in our travels..and the price was great.
