Outstanding. Mark is the opposite of every stereotype you've come to know of a mechanic. He's honest, fair and explains everything to you in a way you can understand. He's also open about what repairs are necessary and what repairs you can wait on a little. I had an older car and brought it to Mark because I smelled gas. He could've cashed in big with all the things that car needed, but called me and told me not to invest another dime in the car. He's been exceptional to work with, and I'd never bring my car anyplace else.
