I've been going to Chateau salon and spa for two years and the staff keeps me coming back. Nails, waxing and hair are the services I've received and have been happy with the results. Highly recommend this business!!!!!

Purchased the Groupon deal for 3 treatments (actually purchased 2 and used for 2 separate hair locations across three appointments) - the technician was not knowledgeable at all about the process and did a horrible job matching up what laser setting to my skin/hair type. I've had laser treatment on these locations before at multiple removal salons and have always had amazing results. This time, I had absolutely no results at all, and even paid extra at each treatment for a full Brazilian rather than a regular bikini. When I gave her feedback on my less-than-stellar results she got extremely short and defensive instead of taking my polite feedback as constructive criticism. I basically handed them $325 for nothing. I will never EVER go back and am very unsatisfied. Mostly I'm annoyed with her rudeness and horrible service. I highly recommend Luxe Spa (although keep a lookout for a deal as it can be pricey but it's worth the extra $$).
Excellent Salon. All the staff was so nice. Especially Juli for skin treatments. Very clean location in town with lots of parking behind building.
i purchased laser sessions in the spa and had amazing results. the staff is very professional and explained everything that was being done with detail. i would highly recommend chateau for any services. they offer so much and the prices are reasonable too. i have had laser treatments on other areas before at other spas and never felt as comfortable and satisfied with the experience as i did at chateau..
