The service was good our waitress was eager to please us. The food was not so good the t bone was tough also my shrimp was like chewing gum the coke with out ice was watery. Nice place inside good wait staff. They need to pay more attention to what is being sent out of the kitchen. Also one of the managers a gentleman with glasses who left around 4:30 on 6/30/17 was rude to an employee in plain view to customers and this for no reason is acceptable. For that reason alone I don't believe we will return to this Denny's.
The staff is always friendly and extremely tolerant of our three little kids who aren't always quiet waiting for their dinner. This is one of the most family/kid friendly restaurants that I have ever been too. My daughter who has celiac disease, has a lot of gluten-free options to choose from on the menu and everything is customizable to your liking.
Went in for an early breakfast one morning and got everything I asked for, immediate coffee (literally 10 seconds into walking in), and the food was fast and good. No complaints, the staff seemed friendly as well. An older crowd goes here, I have noticed though. Not sure why.
service today was leaps and bounds above what i have experienced in the past. it seems that they have stepped theirbgame up recently. kitchen wad a little backed up, but even then the wait wasn't bad, and the food was great!
Service sucked. Our waitress Jess was rude. When we told her that some of our food never came out she got very snotty with us and told us we had to pay for it anyways because it was included with other things. Eventually she said she would get the manager. She never did. And our bill stayed the same. She never checked on our table the whole time we were there. The food was good, the stuff that we got but I would definitely not come back to this place especially if she would be our waitress again.
