I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget for my daughter after she got an award for soccer but i only got 5 pieces and I was enraged at that and my daughter started tearing up from only having 5 when she wanted 6 so Wendy's is a place that should be closed down. #LearnToCount #DisgustingEstablishment #GutWrenching
I have to be really honest to you this is my go-to place if I'm out and about traveling and I need a quick bite to eat. When he certainly has in my opinion the best quality fast food that you can get from the money and also leave you feeling full of smile and not like you need to run to the John.
Very disappointed in this Wendy's and have no plans to return. Staff botched a take out order for another customer. That customer returned to take out window to fix the problem and they had him sit at the window while they made him a new burger. In the meanwhile a line of 7 cars formed behind him. I was directly behind him. We were all trapped there. They should have had the customer pull up so the rest of us could get our food. I finally walked up to the window to complain and then returned to my car. They finally gave the guy his order and when I pulled up to the window they refused to serve me because I had complained. The manger was rude and sarcastic. She told me never to return to the restaurant. I don't plan to. She was also cooking and I suspect she was already stressed because of the botched order and the line which was forming, but her behavior towards me was not okay. Looking back, I could have been more patient, but it was frustrating to be trapped there. Even if the manager was upset that I walked up to the window to complain, she did not handle it well. I could hear the cashier call me an "f....ing a..hole" through the take out window. I never cursed or yelled. I just complained and tried to explain that they needed to get the line moving and suggested they have this vehicle pull ahead. The days of the customer is always right are gone. They days of good customer service are gone. This Wendy's has proven that.
Was in a hurry to change my oil. Ordered a Baconator to go. Lady was incredibly rude at window might I add. Anyways...Had my car jacked up and began eating while oil drained. Half way through I found two thick hairs in my cheeseburger and wanted to puke. Couldn't drive and speak to a manager... but now a days that doesn't matter because nobody's cares. These people want to more money yet can't even follow simple hygiene rules. So I'll just leave this here. Won't be going this franchise again.
Doesn't even deserve one star. No fork, no honey mustard.. But took way over 10 minutes to give us our food??? Definitely saw more than one person working so the FAST food should've been served FAST. RUDE-- Pulled up to window and didn't tell us a total, just took the money. You have one job, and it's WENDYS.. Shouldn't be that difficult.
