HORRIBLE customer service! I booked two massages and pedicures over the phone for my mom's birthday then received a last minute phone call from them saying they had to move our appointments, because we were not scheduled on the half hour, and that the only thing they could offer us was an earlier appointment that would leave us with a 2-3 hour gap between our massage and pedicure. When I asked to speak with a manager, Andrea refused to take the call and I was told that was simply "their policy" because they are so busy on the weekends. They clearly do not value their clients, so I will definitely not be booking any future appointments here! For anyone looking to book a special occasion, I would not bother taking a chance here, as they are clearly not reliable.
The massages are incredible!
Not happy with the results. The girls were very kind and sweet but for the price of a manicure and pedicure, nail polish should stay on longer than a couple hours. I was in a wedding this past Saturday July 30th I got my manicure on the 28th of July today is now August 4th all the polish has chipped off completely. I would not pay another $95 for a pedicure and manicure again in my life nor will I ever return to spend $95 at Spa Elan on any service. I would rather give my money to a location like CT Nails in Macedon, NY that is a family business for a quarter of the price for the same treatments and for them to do 200% better quality work than Spa Elan @ the woodcliff.
